Kevin Smith is the author of The Case Against School Choice (M.E. Sharpe, 1994) and of numerous articles that have
appeared in The Journal of Politics, Political Research Quarterly, Public Administration Review and other journals. He is
currently finishing a book length manuscript on education and democracy. He received a College Award for Distinguished Teaching
in 1998.
