I am currently half-time with the University gradually moving toward retirement. I have always been in to physical fitness and continue playing tennis and only recently decided it was time to retire from softball. As a grandparent, I now work off a great deal of energy trying to keep up with five grandchildren.

- I am co-author on an award winning textbook in American government for its coverage of women and minorities.
- Also, I am co-author of a user-friendly text in research methods designed for those whose love of political science caused them to avoid undergraduate courses dealing with numbers.
