Marc Warburton has worked as a contractor for the defense and intelligence establishments for 35 years. He joined UNL in 2009 to run the Intelligence Community’s Center for Academic Excellence, and to assist UNL faculty competing for grants with the Department of Defense. He is now Director, National Security Education Programs at UNL with the mission to extend and enhance UNL’s defense- and intelligence-related academic offerings and research portfolio. He continues to direct UNL’s IC CAE, which prepares students for careers in the U.S. Intelligence Community. He teaches NST375, “Writing and Briefing for the National Security Enterprise” and NST376, “Analytic Methods for the Defense and Intelligence Communities."
