On Tuesday, March 29th, the Lincoln Journal Star featured an article written about University of Nebraska-Lincoln assistant professor of practice of sociology and political science Brandon Bosch. Bosch's paper, titled "'Why So Serious?' Threat, Authoritarianism, and Depictions of Crime, Law, and Order in Batman Films," looks to explain the relationship between times of threat in the world, and representations of Batman in film portrayals.
