Glissman joined the National Basketball Association (NBA) in 2016 and has been Vice President of Basketball Operations since 2021. He was recently named the Southeastern Conference Associate Commissioner for Men's Basketball. Before joining the NBA, he was a partner with Omaha law firm Kutak Rock.
